Justin Riedy (Director). Passions - bikes, skills, adventure. Justin started mountain bike guiding and teaching mountain bike skills in 2003. He was the Skills and Tour Manager for BikeNOW for four years, as well as their Workshop Manager. Born in Zimbabwe, he grew up in South Africa. Justin’s first wheeled ventures where wheel barrow races, but he quickly made the transition into free style BMX: this was the genesis of his love of cycling and mechanical career. He still loves free style riding and can pull off tricks on his road bike! Justin had a talent for hill climbing and it wasn’t long before he was training and racing with Jeremy Martins and Robbie Hunter (Barloworld). He raced in a South African pro am team (Under 23) as a hill climber, before turning to mountain biking. Justin loves bikes - all aspects of them. He is regarded as an elite mechanic, with a passion for precision, service, and honesty. Justin’s other passion is people: his heroes and inspiration are those that “challenge
themselves and give it a go.” When he’s not riding, playing with, and/or researching bikes and riding locations, he’s drawing. A talented artist, Justin studied Fine Art, before turning to graphics and thenphotography. Justin started Bike Beyond, because he wanted to support his heroes; provide cyclists with the right advice for all aspects of cycling; create career opportunities for dedicated mechanics, guides, and skill instructors; and provide a level of service to cyclists that Mercedes Benz can only dream of.

Dr. Louise Bricknell (Creative Strategist). Passions: learning/teaching, adventure. An athlete
at the Victorian Institute of Sport, Louise sailed nationally and internationally, and used cycling
as cross training. She started mountain biking in 2003.. She is Trail Course Leader qualified,
and Scottish Mountain Bike Leader trained. Louise is committed to skills based learning: she has
taught and researched learning/teaching across five continents, and in just about every university
faculty - from Fine Art to Business, Applied Science to Design and Communications. She has
worked with corporations like Microsoft, KPMG, and BHP; and schools including Melbourne,
Woodleigh, and Tintern Grammar. Anyone who has a commitment and passion to foster learning
in themselves and others are Louise’s heroes. She left a tenured position in tertiary education,
because she wanted to create learning experiences that educational institutions, at all levels, can
only write strategies for.

Camm Winn (Tour and Skills Program Manager) Passions: bikes, support, adventure. Camm grew up in the Dandenongs with younger brother Chris, and friends, Trent Lowe and James Maebus. They shared a common passion: riding and bikes. Trent went on to win a World Mountain Bike Championships (XC) before Discovery Team spotted him and initiated his road career; James is a well known elite men’s competitor and sponsored rider; Chris rode for Australia, before turning to road cycling. He currently rides Pro- am in the United States. Camm was a sponsored cross country team rider; is a first class mechanic; races Elite Men’s XC, nationally and internationally; and has a degree in Outdoor Education. Camm’s passion for support has led him to become one of the most experienced mountain bike guides in Australia. His heroes? Any one who has the courage to undertake a riding adventure, whatever their level, whatever the adventure - 3 hours or 3 weeks.
Camms commitment to making that adventure enjoyable while challenging, stimulating while relaxing,
and inspiring while seemingly routine is unquestionable. His mission is simple: to offer a
level of sport that would turn Dakar rally support teams green with envy.
